You can never go wrong with adding lots of dark leafy greens to your diet as well as brightly colored fruits and vegetables. An easy way to get a quick dose of vitamins and to fill your stomach in the morning is to make a smoothie. Every day try to make a conscious decision on the foods you are consuming. You will be surprised how it effects your skin and the way you feel.
